ABOUT Palak moong da saag RECIPE

It is a traditional rajasthani n punjabi mix recipe specially eaten in winters with makka or bajra ki roti

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 bunch of spanich
  2. 2 tablespoon Red chilli powder
  3. 1/2 turmeric powder
  4. Salt to taste
  5. 4-5 garlic cloves
  6. 1 glass of water

Instructions

  1. 5- 6 garlic cloves,red chilli turmeric,salt to taste
  2. 1/2 bowl moong dal and 1 bunch of spinach/ palak
  3. Wash the spinach/palak in cold Water
  4. Add 1 glass of water start heating it up
  5. Put ol the ingredients into the cooker
  6. Stir and Mix all the ingredients well
  7. Close the lid and take 3-4 whistle.
  8. Open the lid and mix well till the dal mash
  9. Take a pan heat ghee
  10. Now add garlic into the pan and golden brown it
  11. Add tadka into the saag
