Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 200 gm sarso [mustard leaves]
  2. 150 gm palak [spinach leaves]
  3. 50 gm bathua
  4. 50 gm methi
  5. 2 green chilli
  6. 1 TOMATO
  7. 1 onion
  8. 6 slice of garlic
  9. Ghee or butter 5tbsp
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Red chilli powder 1tbsp
  12. Mustard seed 1tbsp


  1. 1st chop the veggies.
  2. Cook veggies in pressure cooker for 1 whistle or boil for 10 minutes in medium flame
  3. Heat a pan add butter after that add mustrd seeds
  4. Add chopped onion &garlic saute 4 minutes in medium flame
  5. When boil veggie is cool add tomato and Green chilli mix it properly&grind in mixer
  6. Add Veggie mixture in pan
  7. Add spices &cook for 10 min.
