Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Sarso ka saag 1/2 cup
  2. Wheat flour 1 cup
  3. Water as required
  4. Oil to drizzle


  1. In a bowl, add flour, salt and water. Mix well. Knead into smooth dough. Divide dough into equal portions and roll into chapatis
  2. Spread saag evenly on one chapati
  3. Cover it with another chapati. Place them on hot tawas. Drizzle oil on top and edges.. Cook on both sides until golden brown and crisp. Serve hot with dollop of butter
