Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. for Potato paste - potatoes 5 boiled
  2. Sea salt and black salt to taste
  3. Red chilli powder half tea spoon
  4. Green onion finely chopped
  5. For gram flour paste - gram flour ( besan ) half cup
  6. Sea salt and black salt to taste
  7. Red chilli powder half tea spoon
  8. Asafoetida ( hing ) one pich
  9. Oil one tea spoon
  10. Oil for frying
  11. Pao bread 3
  12. Garlic chatni two table spoon
  13. Green chatni half cup
  14. Tomato sauce half cup
  15. Chips for serving

Instructions

  1. First take a bowl and mash the potatoes and add sea salt and black salt to taste
  2. Add red chilli powder and green onion and mix well and keep aside
  3. Now take another bowl and put gram flour ( besan ) , add sea salt and black salt
  4. Now add asafoetida ( Hing ) , red chilli powder,
  5. Add one tea spoon oil and water as required and make a smooth paste
  6. Now take Pao bread and cut into half , spread one side garlic chatni and one side green chatni
  7. Shallow fry on tava both the sides
  8. Now grease your palm and take some potato paste then Pao bread and again potato paste and make a ball
  9. Now take a iron wok and heat oil
  10. Take balls and fold in gram flour (besan ) paste and fry
  11. Fry til golden brown or crisp
  12. Cut into half and serve with green chatni and tomato sauce and chips
