Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Pure ghee 50 grms
  2. Whole Wheat Flour 1 cup
  3. Methi seeds 1 tbsp
  4. Fennel seeds 2 tsp
  5. Sonth(dry ginger)1 tsp
  6. 5 to 8 whole black pepper
  7. Brown sugar 3/4 cup
  8. Tawa toasted khas khas 2 tbsp for rolling the ladoos

Instructions

  1. In a kadai melt the ghee and add the aata
  2. Fry for around 25 to 30 mins so as the flour is cooked and looks like a paste
  3. Close the stove and let the aata cool completely
  4. In another pan dry roast the methi seeds,fennel seeds and black pepper
  5. Grind into a powder.Set aside
  6. Take the aata, add the sugar ,add the dry pwdr,add the sonth powder and keep rubbing with ur palms
  7. Keep rubbing till the ghee is seen on ur palms
  8. Make ladoos and roll them in khas khas
  9. Last for 4 to 6 weeks
