ABOUT GREEN MEETHI BOMB. RECIPE

These METHI BOMB ladoos provide warmth to the body thus being a winter special.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. * Whole milk 1 litre
  2. * 1 cup green Methi puree
  3. * 50 Gram Ghee
  4. * 1 Cup Atta (whole wheat flour)
  5. * 3/4 Cup fine shakkar
  6. 1/2cup methi puree
  7. * 2 tsp Saunf (fennel seeds)
  8. * 1 tsp Sonth (dried, powdered ginger)
  9. * 2tbsp black pepper
  10. * 1/2cup coconut powder
  11. *dry nuts as choice
  12. * 1tsp elachi powder
  13. * 1/2 cup coconut powder for cotting.

Instructions

  1. ---First take milk in a wide heavy bottom pan and turn the heat on middium.
  2. -- Once the milk boiling lower the heat .
  3. Continue to boil the milk till it is reduced to3/4
  4. --When milk is boling, in another heavy kadahi melt the ghee and add the atta.
  5. Stir fry, over low heat till the colour of aata should be a light brown.
  6. Shut off the heat.
  7. Now in atta mixture, add the sugar, black pepper,sauf, sonth, dry nuts,elachi powder and mix very well.
  8. -When milk reduce, add grind green meethi paste.and stir continuously till thick consistancy.
  9. -At time Aata mixture is now add into thick green milk and
  10. --Add coconut powder and again mix well.
  11. --Take a small amount of the mixture in your palm and make a small round ball.
  12. --roll in coconut powder.
  13. --Store in air tight containers in freeze. It is good for 3-4 days.
