Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Penne pasta 2 cups
  2. Boneless chicken 1/4 kg
  3. Oranges 2
  4. Onion 1 Medium Size
  5. Ginger julienne 1 inch
  6. Garlic Cloves 3
  7. Olive oil 2 tablespoon
  8. Cayenne 3 pinch
  9. Pepper powder 1 teaspoon
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Orange 1 sliced for garnish
  12. Mint leaves 6 sprigs for garnish
  13. Mixed herbs 1 teaspoon
  14. shredded Parmesan cheese 2 tablespoon
  15. Honey 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Boil Penne Pasta in hot boiling water with little oil and salt. It has to be cooked till al dente.
  2. In a wok add oil on a medium heat. Saute chopped ginger, garlic and onions well.
  3. To it add cayenne pepper,mustard powder and chicken and saute well till chicken is par cooked.
  4. Add juices of 2 oranges and let it simmer.when the chicken cooks well in orange juice,add 1 teaspoon of honey and boiled pastas to it. Add mixed Italian herbs and salt to taste. It's done.
  5. Grate Parmesan cheese and mix well. Before serving add more grated cheese and garnish it with orange slices and mint leaves.
