Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Millet/ Bajra --1/2 cup
  2. Curd -- 1/2 cup
  3. Ghee -- 2 tspn
  4. Cumin seeds -- 1/2 tspn
  5. Mustard seeds -- 1/2 tspn
  6. Asafetida -- 1/4 tspn
  7. Onion -- 1 chopped
  8. Green chilly -- 2 chopped
  9. Carrot -- 2 tbspn chopped
  10. Ginger -- 1 tspn grated
  11. Garlic -- 2 tspn chopped
  12. Turmeric powder -- 1/2 tspn
  13. Salt to taste
  14. Red chilly powder -- 1/2 tspn
  15. Coriander powder -- 1/2 tspn
  16. Maggie Masala -- 1/2 tspn
  17. Water -- 3 cups
  18. Coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. Soak Bajra into hot water for 3-4 hours.
  2. Then remove all water and put into grinder and crush with curd . Don't make paste .
  3. Put cumin seeds, mustard seeds nd Asafoetida into hot ghee . When all crackle then add garlic .
  4. Add grated ginger and chopped Green chilly. Now saute onions and carrot .
  5. Add Turmeric powder. Then Add bajra paste and water and boil. Then add salt and red chilly powder.
  6. Cook for 15-20 min on low flame . Then add coriander powder nd Maggie Masala.
  7. At last add coriander leaves and off the gass .
  8. Healthy millet soup is ready . Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and onions .
