Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 6 brown bread slices
  2. Hung curd 1 cup
  3. Kiwi crush 2 - 3 tsp
  4. 2-3 Saffron stands soaked in 2 drop warm water
  5. Powdered sugar according to taste
  6. Mixed fruit chunks tined or fresh 1 cup

Instructions

  1. First divide hung curd into three portion. In first portion add kiwi crush, and mix well. In the second portion add soaked saffron, 2 tsp powdered sugar and mix well. Third part will remain the same, just add 2 tsp powdered sugar into this part.
  2. Now take a long serving plate, arrange 2 slices bread with joining each other. Spread kiwi flavoured hung curd on both bread slices and sprinkle some fruit chunks. Now put 2 more slices and apply saffron flavored hung curd on it and sprinkle some fruit chunks. Now again put 2 more bread slices on it . Cover this loaf with hung curd which is remaining without any flavour.
  3. Now on top make first line with saffron flavoured hung curd for first layer of the Indian flag. Left center part as it is and apply kiwi flavoured hung curd frosting as bottom layer of the Indian flag (as u can see the pic ).
  4. Put this into the fridge for about 1 hour. Cut into pieces and serve chilled.
