Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 kg carrots
  2. 11/2 kg sugar for syrup
  3. 150 gm sugar
  4. 2 litre milk
  5. Dryfruits optional

Instructions

  1. Peel carrot and cut into big pieces
  2. Scoop in between with a copper
  3. Make a sugar syrup of 3 string consistency
  4. Boil milk till the quantity is reduced
  5. Put carrots pieces in syrup for 15-20 minutes
  6. Boil milk till it gets thickened up like cream,this is the stuffing of carrot Petha.
  7. Fill in the cream in carrot . delicious Petha ready to be served
