Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 litre full fat milk
  2. 3 to 4 tbsp heavy cream
  3. 150 ml condensed milk(add less or more according to taste and mention that petha is also sweet)
  4. 75 grm petha
  5. Few saffron strands
  6. 2 tbsp chopped and roasted mix dry fruits
  7. 2 tbsp grounded mix fruits
  8. 1 tsp rose water

Instructions

  1. Take milk in heavy bottom sauce pan and boil this on low to medium heat,add fresh cream and boil it, continue stir it
  2. Take two tsp boil milk in a bowl add saffron strand and keep aside
  3. Boil the milk till reduced in half or start to thick
  4. Add condensed milk and continue stir it
  5. Take petha in mixer jar and add saffron milk in it and make paste paste of it
  6. Add petha and saffron paste,mix dry fruits powder,in last at time to switch of gas add rose water in it and mix well all and leave it for cool
  7. When it's completely cool pour in kulfi cups and keep in fridge for 5 hours to set
  8. When set keep out and ready to serve,serve with some roasted chopped dry fruits and some mint leaves for more taste
