Ingredients to make Soft Petha Delight

  • Grated Petha: ¾ cup,
  • Grated paneer: 1 cup
  • Food coloring (optional)
  • Desiccated coconut as required

How to make Soft Petha Delight

  1. In a plate mix together grated petha, grated paneer and all the ingredients except food colour.
  2. Knead the mixture till it becomes smooth, divide it in four parts, add desired food colouring.
  3. Take some mixture in hand and make a ball shape.
  4. Cover it with coconut.
  5. Once all the balls are ready put them in the freezer for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Enjoy them right away or store them in fridge for later.

My Tip:

Grate petha from the medium side of the grater. If they are too small they may release extra water while mixing and make our balls soft.
