Ingredients to make Chicken Tikka sticks

  • Boneless chicken cubes medium 1/2kg
  • butter 2 teaspoon
  • Mayonnaise 2-3 tablespoon
  • Orange sauce as required
  • Green sauce as required
  • Bamboo skewers soak in water
  • salt 1/4 teaspoon
  • cornflour 2 teaspoon
  • vinegar 1teaspoon
  • ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon
  • For the Orange sauce: carrot 1
  • tomato puree 1 teaspoon
  • salt as per taste
  • chilli sauce 1 teaspoon
  • Fresh cream few tbsp
  • garlic cloves a few
  • Red bell pepper 1
  • Red chilli dry 1
  • vinegar a little
  • oil a little
  • Green Sauce: Green chillies as per taste
  • capsicum 1
  • garlic cloves a few
  • salt as per taste
  • coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Fresh cream as required
  • water as needed

How to make Chicken Tikka sticks

  1. For making orange sauce: Grind all the ingredients in the grinder. Remove sauce in a bowl.
  2. For green sauce: Grind all ingredients and remove the sauce in a bowl, keep this aside.
  3. Marinate the chicken with ginger garlic paste, vinegar, salt, cornflour, mix well. Refrigerate for 2 hours. After that thread this marinated chicken onto the skewers.
  4. Take these skewers and grill them with some melted butter. Remove on a paper towel.
  5. Pour green sauce on skewers. Pour orange sauce on another. Use mayonnaise on third skewers. Use all sauces for different look of chicken.

My Tip:

For making orange sauce: Take chopped carrot in a bowl, add tomato puree, 1 teaspoon add salt,chilli sauce 1teaspoon,fresh cream,garlic cloves, red bell pepper, red chilli dry 1, vinegar, oil mix then grind all ingredients in grinder Remove sauce in bowl. *Use sauces on grilled chicken sticks to make juicy Chicken *
