    Ingredients to make Tricolor layered Bake

    • 6-8 onions
    • 8-10 tomatoes
    • 1 bunch spinach(blanched)
    • 250 gms paneer
    • 100gms mushrooms
    • 1/2 cup curd
    • 1 tsp shahi paneer masalaor garam masala
    • salt to taste
    • 6 tbsp cornflour
    • 1 cup Bread crumbs
    • 1 cup grated cheese

    How to make Tricolor layered Bake

    1. Prepare a greased dish. Preheat oven at 250 degree C for 10 mins. Put a layer of bread crumbs on greased dish.
    2. Fry onion and tomato. Grind half of the mixture. Leave half as it is. Add 2 tbsp cornflour, shahi paneer masala, salt in onion and tomato mixture.
    3. Blanched the spinach. Drain the water. In seperate bowl, add 2 tbsp cornflour, shahi paneer masala, salt in spinach.
    4. Cut paneer in cubes. Add curd to paneer cubes and add cornflour, masala and salt.
    5. Now arrange first layer of spinach mixture over bread crumbs layer then add layer of mushrooms. Again put layer of bread crumbs and sprinkle some grated cheese. Second layer of paneer mixture over spinach mixture. Put layer of bread crumbs and sprinkle grated cheese. Third layer of onion tomato mixture over paneer mixture. Final layer bread crumbs and grated cheese.
    6. Bake at 250° C for 1 hour.

    My Tip:

    1. Mushroom is optional. 2. Quantity of onion and tomato depends on size of them. 3. Cheese quantity is also depends on the likeness of cheese. 4. Do not throw the drained water of blanched spinach. Can be used in kneading dough or can be used be used in making gravy vegetables
