ABOUT Ragi milk RECIPE

Its the first food offered to infants. Also good for lactating mothers. Enjoyed and beneficial to all in the house

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Ragi seeds 1/2 cup
  2. Milk 1 cup
  3. Sugar 6 tbsp
  4. almonds (optional)
  5. cardomon powder (optional) 1/4 tsp

Instructions

  1. Soak ragi in sufficient water for 4 hours
  2. Add almonds if using
  3. Grind and strain it to extract its milk adding water
  4. Repeat the above step till all milk is extracted
  5. Add water and cook stirring till it starts getting bubbles
  6. Add sugar and milk and boil
  7. Add cardamon powder and stir
