Ingredients to make Paneer pan fry with red round pepper

  • paneer 250 gms
  • onion 1
  • capsicum 1
  • Spring onion 1 bunch
  • Red round pepper 2
  • Sesame oil 1tbs
  • Refined oil 1 tbs
  • salt 1 tbs

How to make Paneer pan fry with red round pepper

  1. Wash , clean and diced the vegetables and keep aside.
  2. Dice the paneer into cubes and keep aside.
  3. Now preheat a deek pan and add oil. Next add diced oinion and saute for few seconds. Flame should be high so that the sauteing should be done.
  4. Add capsicum and saute. Next add paneer paneer and toss until it fried.
  5. Now add salt, and pepper. Remove it from flame.
  6. Serve it hot as a side dish or starter. Sprinkle some chopped spring onion , drizzle sesame oil and spread chilli flakes and enjoy.

My Tip:

Fry the vegetables on high flame for tossing it perfectly.
