Paneer pepper fry tart

Ingredients to make Paneer pepper fry tart

  • For tart shells you will need
  • all purpose flour 3/4 cup
  • Baking powder 1/4 teaspoon
  • salt 1 pinch
  • Powder sugar 3 teaspoon
  • Ice cold water 1 - 2 teaspoon
  • For paneer pepper fry
  • paneer 100 grams
  • oil 2 tablespoon
  • ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon
  • Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
  • turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • coriander powder 1 teaspoon
  • For pepper fry masala
  • Scraped coconut 2 tablespoon
  • ginger chopped 1/2 inch
  • Star anis 1 piece
  • coriander seeds 1 teaspoon
  • cinnamon stick 1/2inch
  • Black cardamom 1 piece
  • Green cardamom 3 piece
  • curry leaves 10piece
  • Sahi jeera 1/2 teaspoon
  • cloves 2 piece
  • Black pepper corns 8 to 10 piece
  • garlic 3-4 piece
  • spring onion for garnishing

How to make Paneer pepper fry tart

  1. For tart shells,in a mixing bowl add all purpose flour and baking powder mix it well
  2. Then add chilled butter qube and powder sugar nad mix it
  3. The texture of flour looks like a bread crumbs
  4. Then add little ice cold water for making a hard dough
  5. Rap the dough with cling flim and put itto the fridge for atleast 30 minutes or an hour
  6. In the mean while making the pepper fry masala .
  7. In a pan add 1 teaspoon ghee and all dry masala and fry it until raw smell are gone
  8. Then off the gas flame and bring it into room temperature and then make a smooth paste
  9. After that in a pan add refine oil and heat it
  10. Then add chopped onion slice
  11. Then add tumeric powder and red chilli powder and fry for a minutes
  12. Then add ginger garlic paste and fry until raw smell gone
  13. Now add pepper fry masala paste and fry for 2 to 3 minutes on low flame
  14. After that add water as required
  15. Add salt and bring it to boil
  16. When it's start boiling add paneer qube and mix it well with the spices
  17. After dries the water off the flame and spread some chopped spring onion and cover
  18. Now time to make tart.for that take out tart dough from fridge
  19. Roll in round shape or as tart shell
  20. Gently press the tart shell and make a small whole by the help of fork
  21. Bake for 180 ℃ for 15minutes
  22. Then off the flame and bring it on room temperature
  23. After that take one tart shells and pour paneer pepper fry masala
  24. Place on serving tray and serve.
