ABOUT Brown rice with paneer tikka RECIPE

This is a perfect comfort food which made of brown rice with peas alongwith paneer tikka with gravy.I serve it with salad,It is very yummy and healthy also

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 cup brown rice
  2. 1/2 cup boiled peas
  3. 1 tsp jeera
  4. 1 tsp Salt
  5. 1 tbsp ghee
  6. For paneer tikka----
  7. 1 cup paneer cubes
  8. 1 cup mix bell pepper cubes
  9. 5-7 cherry tomato
  10. 1/2 cup curd
  11. 2 tbsp tikka masala
  12. 1 tbsp oil
  13. 4 garlic cloves
  14. 1 tbsp ginger paste
  15. 1 tsp fennel powder
  16. 1 tbsp kasoori methi
  17. 1 lemon's juice
  18. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  19. 1 tbsp salt
  20. 1 tsp garam masala
  21. For gravy---
  22. 2 onion
  23. 1 tomato
  24. 2 tbsp tomato paste
  25. 2 tbsp Oil
  26. 1 green chilli
  27. 1 inch ginger
  28. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  29. 1/2 tsp haldi
  30. 1 tsp sugar
  31. 1 tsp pepper powder
  32. Coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. Wash and soak rice
  2. Then cook them in water
  3. Add salt while cooking
  4. When they cooked add ghee ,jeera and boiled peas
  5. For tikka---
  6. Take cubes of paneer and bell peppers
  7. In a bowl add all above mention ingredientes and mix them finely
  8. Add all chhed in this mixture and let them merinate for 20 min.
  9. Then heat a pan and shallow fry them
  10. For gravy---
  11. Heat oil in a pan
  12. Make paste of onion,tomato,ginger,chilli
  13. And add this paste in oil
  14. Stir and roast it
  15. When it starts leave oil add tomato paste and cook
  16. Then add 1/2 cup of water
  17. Add all spices give boil
  18. Add coriander leaves
  19. And our gravy is ready
  20. Serve peas rice hot with gravy and yummy tikka
