Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 210 gm all purpose flour
  2. 1. 1/2 tbsp cornflour
  3. 200 gm softened butter
  4. 45 gm icing sugar
  5. 1 tsp vanilla essence
  6. 90 gm dark chocolate

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl beat the butter, vanilla essence & icing sugar until it's pale & fluffy. Add the dry ingredients and blend well. Do not overbeat.
  2. Take a piping bag, put a big star nozzle (N2), pipe shells on the baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake for 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 180℃ until golden.
  3. Remove from oven. Allow to cool on the tray naturally.
  4. Melt the chocolate in a small bowl in microwave. Dip one or both ends of the fingers in the chocolate and place on paper to set.
  5. Serve it
