Egg curry with rice

Ingredients to make Egg curry with rice

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tbsp mustard oil
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 tsp panchforan
  • 1 onion finally chopped
  • 1 tomato finally chopped
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder

How to make Egg curry with rice

  1. Boil eggs and potatoes .
  2. Now peel off both eggs and potatoes
  3. Chop onion, tomato and prepare all spices.
  4. Now, heat a pan fry eggs and potatoes nicely. And remove on plate.
  5. Now, in the same pan add panchforan after cracked add chopped onions and roast .
  6. Add ginger-garlic paste and roast until raw smell comes out.
  7. Now,add chopped tomato, and salt, then cook on sim flame for 5 -7 min until the tomato becomes soft.
  8. Now add all spices,which is mentioned on ingredients above. And roast for 2 minutes then add water.
  9. Now , add fried eggs and potatoes and cover the lid. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
  10. Egg curry is ready to serve.
