A very comforting wholesome stew of fish and vegetables with fresh lemon juice. I love this to have with piping hot steamed rice. You can even sip it like a soup. A heart warming, healthy dish and so this is a real comfort dish for me.

Ingredients to make Lemony Fish And Vegetable Stew - Zero Oil

  • 300 gms Fish
  • ¼ Cup peas
  • 1/4 cup Brocolli florets
  • 1 large potato cubed
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic grated 
  • 1 large tomato chopped 
  • 2 green chilly chopped 
  • 2-3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Crushed peppercorns 
  • Few coriander leaves chopped 
  • Few green spring onion chopped
  • salt to taste 
  • water as required 

How to make Lemony Fish And Vegetable Stew - Zero Oil

  1. In a pot add the fish, grated ginger garlic, green chilly, tomato, potato cubes, salt and water.
  2. Bring to a boil and cook for about 10-15 mins.
  3. Add the green peas, Brocolli florets and cooked another 5 mins.
  4. Add the crushed peppercorns, lemon juice, coriander leaves, spring onion, cook for a min and take off the heat.
