Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Semolina 1 cup
  2. Carrot 1
  3. Onion 1
  4. Potato 1
  5. Peas 1/2 cup
  6. Mustard seeds 1 tbs
  7. Green chilies 2
  8. Curry leaves 1 tbs
  9. Urad daal 1 tbs
  10. Peanuts 2 tbs
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Chaat masala
  13. Butter 1 inch cube

Instructions

  1. Preheat a pan with butter and let it melt. Add mustard seeds and let it splutter.
  2. Now add urad daal ,curry leaves, peanuts, and saute for few seconds.
  3. Now add onion and saute. Next add potato, carrot, peas and saute for until Thnx cooked.
  4. Now add semolina and saute for few minutes until it get roasted.
  5. Now sprinkle water slowly slowly and mix very well. Again sprinkle water and combine. Repeat until the semolina get cooked completely.
  6. Now sprinkle coriander leaves and serve hot in a serving plate.
