Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For kheer: Milk - 1 kg
  2. Rice - 100 gm
  3. For pudding: Thick kheer - 1 cup
  4. Egg - 1
  5. Butter - 2 tbsp
  6. Cashew nuts and Almonds 2 tbsp each
  7. Sugar - 4 tbsp


  1. Soak the rice for 1 hour. Add the soaked rice in milk and boil on a slow flame for 35 minutes or till it becomes thick. Let it cool, whisk in egg and sugar. Add sugar,dry fruits and butter.
  2. Mix it well, pour this mixture into ramekins or any small greased moulds. Microwave it for 2 minutes or bake at 180 degree centigrade.
  3. Serve kheer pudding with chocolate sauce on top, decorate with dry fruits.
