Custard with dry fruits makes it a totally delightful indulgence and the crunch of the dry fruits in it makes it a super duper hit with all dessert lovers. Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 5-6 tbsp Custard powder
  2. 1 litre full fat milk
  3. 4 tbsp sugar
  4. 5 Tbsp Condensed Milk
  5. 1/2 cup pistachios
  6. 1/2 cup almonds
  7. 1/2 cup cashews


  1. Boil milk and let it simmer on low flame.
  2. Mix custard powder in about half a cup of water and stir it nicely to make a paste free of lumps.
  3. Add this custard powder paste to the milk along with the condensed milk and keep stirring it on medium flame until it thickens.
  4. Add sugar as per your choice. You can totally omit it too if desired and add only condensed milk to enhance the taste.
  5. Let it cool down a bit before filling it up in the serving dish.
  6. Refrigerate this serving dish for 3 hours or until chilled.
  7. Garnish with loads of chopped nuts and dry fruits before serving.
