Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. all purpose flour... half cup
  2. milk..... half cup
  3. dry yeast ...one teaspoon
  4. sugar powder.... 1 tbsp
  5. carom seed.... half teaspoon4

Instructions

  1. in a bowl take half of lukewarm milk
  2. add powderd sugar in it
  3. now at yeast and mix it properly
  4. cover it for 4 to 5 minutes
  5. YEast will come up of the surface of the milk
  6. dilute it properly
  7. in another Big Bowl take pinch salt flour and carom seed
  8. now knead the dough with yeast diluted milk
  9. the dough should not be very soft, it should be like bit hard.
  10. after kneading it, , cover it and keep aside for 30 to 40 minutes
  11. after 30 to 40 minutes it will be double in size.
  12. Punch it and knead it little bit again
  13. now take small sized balls and roll it on the platform
  14. now make braided like (Choti)
  15. make all braided choti shown in the picture
  16. put all these braided (choti) in the baking tray
  17. Bake it in the oven at 120 degree for 20 minutes
  18. Time and temperature as required your oven.
  19. and the braided breadsticks are ready
