Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 chapati
  2. 1/2 tsp salt
  3. 1/2 tsp blackpapper
  4. 2 boil potatoes
  5. 1/2 cup greated paneer
  6. 1/4 cup green capsicum chopped
  7. 1/4 cup onion
  8. 1 tsp seesame seeds
  9. 1 tsp peanuts
  10. 2 tbsp oil
  11. 1 tsp gram flour
  12. 1 tsp pudina powder
  13. 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  14. 1/2 tsp sounf
  15. 1/2 tsp red Chilli powder
  16. 1 tsp chaat masala
  17. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  18. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  19. 2 tbsp tamarind chutney
  20. 2 tbsp naylon sev


  1. Firstly cut the chapati in half.
  2. Now heat a pan add oil then put sounf, cumin seeds, peanut's , sesame seeds crackel them. Now put capsicum, onion nd sauthe for 2 min. Now add salt, turmeric powder, red Chilli powder, garam masala, chaat masala nd mix well.
  3. Now add greated paneer, potatoes, gram flour, mix well nd cook for a min. Now add tamarind chutney, nd pudina powder mix well. Now switch off the flame nd nd take out mixture in a plate.
  4. Now for slurry - take a bowl add flour, salt, blackpapper, nd water mix well nd make a thick slurry.
  5. Now take a half chapati apply slurry on sides nd give a cone shape . Now put mixture in cone nd keep aside.
  6. Now dip the cone ( mixture side) in slurry so that mixture not come out when we will fry.
  7. Now heat oil in a pan nd shallow fry roti cone on slow flame till it become golden brown nd crispy
  8. Now take out cone in a plate nd dip in a tomato sauce nd sprinkle naylon sev over it
  9. Nd garnish with corrainder leaves nd pomegranate seeds nd serve it.
