Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Besan 200gm
  2. Palak half kg
  3. Salt 1/4 t
  4. Water half cup
  5. Oil half liter
  6. Ajwain pinch
  7. Red chilli 1/4 t

Instructions

  1. Take a besan in a bowl . make a well in the center and pour half the water into it . Mix together and beat well .Add the remaining ingredients and mix .Keep covered for 20 minutes to swell up.Wash the palak keep it the side .
  2. Sprinkle the salt n chilli powder.
  3. Heat oil in a karahi to smoking point .
  4. Dip each piece of palak into the better and deep fry a few pieces at a time on medium heat.
  5. Turning once or twice till golden brown in colour.
  6. Serve with mint chutney n ketchup.
