Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1cup washed and chopped palak
  2. 1\2 cup chopped cabbage,
  3. 1 tsp chopped green chilli,
  4. 1/2 tsp grated ginger,
  5. salt to taste
  6. 1 pinch haldi powder,
  7. 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  8. 3 tbsp besan
  9. 3 tbsp rice flour
  10. 1 tbsp cornflour
  11. 1 tbsp ghee

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients to make a thick batter.
  2. Heat oil.
  3. Drop batter in the shape of pakoras and fry till crisp and brown
  4. Serve
