Ingredients to make Palak Pakoda

  • 1cup washed and chopped palak
  • 1\2 cup chopped cabbage,
  • 1 tsp chopped green chilli,
  • 1/2 tsp grated ginger,
  • salt to taste
  • 1 pinch haldi powder,
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  • 3 tbsp besan
  • 3 tbsp rice flour
  • 1 tbsp cornflour
  • 1 tbsp ghee

How to make Palak Pakoda

  1. Mix all the ingredients to make a thick batter.
  2. Heat oil.
  3. Drop batter in the shape of pakoras and fry till crisp and brown
  4. Serve

My Tip:

Adding ghee is important so that pakoda become very crispy.
