Palak Pakora

Ingredients to make Palak Pakora

  • Half bunch of fresh green palak
  • besan 1 cup
  • Ajwain 1 tsp crushed
  • red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • haldi 1 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • baking soda one pinch
  • water as required

How to make Palak Pakora

  1. Take a bowl, add besan, red chilli powder, haldi, soda, ajwain, salt and add water to make thick batter.
  2. Now take a kadai and add oil for frying. Let the oil get hot.
  3. Take a whole spinach leaf without chopping it up. Dip into the besan batter.
  4. Then drop it into the hot oil.
  5. Fry it till get golden colour and crispy on medium flame.
  6. Serve it with tomato ketchup.

My Tip:

You can add chopped coriander also.
