A healthy and moist cake with the goodness of beetroot

Ingredients Serving: 10

11/2cup all purpose flour
1cup beetroot puree
1/2cup oil
2eggs
3tbsp cocoa powder
1cup powdered sugar
1/2tsp Vanilla extract
1tsp baking powder
1/2tsp baking soda

Instructions

Pressure cook the beetroot and peel it .Then blend to a fine puree.
In a bowl, mix the all purpose flour, baking soda,baking powder,cocoa powder,.
In another bowl,add oil,sugar,eggs and beat till frothy.
Add the vanilla and mix.
Add the Beetroot puree and beat well.Also add in the dry ingredients.Give a final mix.
Pour the cake batter into a prepared cake tin and bake in a preheated oven at 180'c for 35 mins.
