About Masala Coriander rice Recipe

This recipe is so simple, healthy and can be easily prepared for kids lunch.

Masala Coriander rice

Ingredients to make Masala Coriander rice

  • Boiled rice 1 bowl
  • Chopped coriander leaves 1 cup
  • Chopped onion 3 tablespoon
  • Crushed garlic one tablespoon
  • Chopped tomato 2 tablespoon
  • Slit green chilli 2
  • turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
  • Roasted jeera powder half teaspoon
  • Garam masala powder half teaspoon
  • salt to taste
  • sugar half teaspoon
  • mustard seeds half teaspoon
  • jeera half teaspoon
  • cardamom 2
  • cinnamon stick 1 inches
  • bay leaves 1
  • lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • mustard oil 2 tablespoon

How to make Masala Coriander rice

  1. Firstly meanwhile grind coriander leaves, 1 tablespoon onion, half tablespoon crushed garlic, green chilli and some salt together coarsely.
  2. Heat oil in Kadai, once hot add beyleave, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, cinemon stick, long, let the splutter tempering.
  3. Then add onions and crushed garlic fry the light golden brown.
  4. Add tomato sute them on till onion turn translucent.
  5. Add chopped carrot and peas. Stir fry them on high flame till cooked.
  6. Now add coriander paste.
  7. Add salt, sugar, turmeric powder, rosted jera powder and fry for few minutes.
  8. then add cooked rice. toss them well to mix up all vegetables and rice.
  9. then finally Sprinkle garam masala powder, lemon juice over rice and stir to mix up.
  10. and serve hot Coriander Rice.

It's a very delicious and healthy dish for kids.
