Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Spinach-250 gm
  2. Boiled peas-100 gm
  3. Boiled potatoes-4 medium size
  4. ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp
  5. GREEN CORIANDER CHOPPED-1/4 CUP
  6. Mint leaves chopped-1 tbsp
  7. Green chillies chopped-2
  8. chat masala-1 tsp
  9. Garam masala-1/4 tsp
  10. Salt-1/2 tsp
  11. Ghee-2 tbsp
  12. oil-1 tbsp
  13. Cumin seeds-1/4 tsp
  14. Hing-a pinch
  15. Sugar-1 tsp
  16. Gram flour-2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Blanch palak in hot water
  2. After 5 minutes soak spinach in cold water for a minute
  3. Remove from water,drain all water well, chopped and set aside
  4. In a grinder add spinach, coriander leaves,mint leaves,and boiled peas
  5. Grind them,coarse
  6. Mash boiled potatoes well
  7. In a pan add 1 tbsp oil,heat on a medium flame
  8. Add cumin seeds and hing
  9. Now add potatoes,peas - spinach paste,ginger garlic paste,and gram flour
  10. Roast the mixture for 5_6 minutes
  11. Add all the spices ,sugar salt,green chillies
  12. Roast for another 1 minute so that all spices mix well
  13. Remove the mixture from pan
  14. Let it cool
  15. Divide the batter inequql size balls
  16. Heat nonstick pan give tikki shape to all the ball with the help of your palm,
  17. Roast all the tikkies from both sides
  18. Serve hot with sauce or chutnies
