Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Paneer 1 cup
  2. Wheat flour 1 cup
  3. Ajwain or jeera 1 tsp
  4. Red chilly powder 1/2 tsp
  5. turmeric powder a pinch
  6. Garam masala powder 1/4 tsp
  7. Coriander powder 1/4 tsp
  8. Minced Coriander leaves 1/2 cup
  9. Curd 2tsp
  10. Salt as per required
  11. Green chilly 2

Instructions

  1. Take wheat flour in a mixing bowl.Add salt,green chilly,ajwain, a pinch of turmeric powder,1/2 tsp red chilly powder,1/4 tsp of garam masala powder,1/4 tsp of coriander powder and mix it
  2. Add minced coriander leaves ,2 tsp of curd
  3. Mix well
  4. Add water little by little and mix well
  5. Knead well to a soft and smooth dough.Keep aside for 10 mins
  6. Take a small dough ball and roll to a small circle.Sprinkle flour while rolling
  7. Fold it twice to make a triangle shaped paratha
  8. Heat a tawa.Place Paratha on hot tawa.Once one side is partially cooked,flip it
  9. Spread oil or butter or ghee on Paratha and flip it. Roast well both the sides
  10. Paneer Paratha is ready.Serve it with curd or chutney or pickle
