Banana raita/Yogiratna

Ingredients to make Banana raita/Yogiratna

  • curd 1 cup
  • banana 2 or 3
  • Green chilli 1
  • sugar to taste
  • salt to taste
  • jeera 1/2 tsp
  • ghee little

How to make Banana raita/Yogiratna

  1. Take a bowl and add curds,salt and sugar. Mix well.
  2. Now add bananas chopped into small pieces.
  3. Add finely chopped green chilli. Mix well.
  4. Heat ghee in a kadai. Splutter jeera and pour it over the raita.
  5. Ready to serve.

My Tip:

If there are a lot of bananas which are going to be overripe together and cannot be consumed as it is, then you can make banana raita using this recipe.
