Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Steamed banana pieces - 2 cups
  2. Buttermilk - 1 cup
  3. Tumeric - one pinch
  4. Green chilies - 2
  5. Mustard seeds - 1 teaspoon
  6. Methi seeds - 1/4 teaspoon
  7. Hing powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  8. Red chilies - 3
  9. Oil - 1 teaspoon
  10. Coriander leaves - 3 teaspoons

Instructions

  1. Take buttermilk in a container and add salt, turmeric, green chilies and steamed banana pieces to it.
  2. Take a pan, put oil and fry mustard seeds, methi seeds, hing powder and red chilies.
  3. Put the tempered pulses in buttermilk container, finally garnish with coriander leaves.
