Ingredients to make Sahi Banana Raita

  • 1 fresh banana
  • 100g fresh curd (yogurt)
  • 1 tbsp fresh milk cream (malai)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp sugar powder
  • 1 tsp elaichi powder (cardamom)
  • 2 badams (for garnishing)

How to make Sahi Banana Raita

  1. Take curd and milk cream in a bowl
  2. Lightly beat them using spoon or wire whisk until you get smooth consistentcy
  3. Add sugar powder, honey and cardamom powder , mix them properly
  4. At last cut the banana into small pieces and mix it well
  5. Garnish with badam bits
  6. Serve cold
