Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 6 bread slices
  2. 1 tbsp cabbage finely chopped
  3. 1 tbsp carrot grated
  4. 1 tsp boiled peas
  5. 1 boiled mashed potato
  6. 2 tsp cream
  7. 1 tsp butter
  8. 1tsp mustard seeds crushed
  9. 1/2 tsp blak pepper powder
  10. 1 tsp sugar
  11. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Soak mustard seed powder in 1/4 tsp water for 5 minutes
  2. Add butter,sugar and mustard seed mix , and mill well
  3. Apply this mixture on each slice
  4. Mix carrot, cabbage,peas(you can avoid if you don't want peas), potato and salt in cream
  5. Spread this mixture on 3 slice ,and cover these three with another three slices
  6. Press sandwich with your hand and cut in two pieces
