Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup curd
  2. 1/2 cup Milk
  3. 1/4 cup water
  4. 1/2 tsp Salt
  5. 1/4 tsp bhuna jeera (crushed)
  6. Black pepper powder as per taste

Instructions

  1. Beat the curd, add milk and a little water (check the consistency).
  2. Add boondi (soaked in water for 2 minutes) and salt as per taste.
  3. Sprinkle black pepper and bhuna jeera. Refrigerate.
  4. Serve chilled.
