Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Chopped onion - 1
  2. Chopped carrot - 2
  3. Sweet corn - 1 tbsp
  4. Garlic cloves - 4
  5. Chopped green chilly - 2
  6. Chopped tomato - 2
  7. Oregano - 1 tsp
  8. Kashmiri red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
  9. Cumin seeds powder - 1/2 tsp
  10. Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
  11. Chicken stock - 4 cup
  12. Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  13. Salt - to taste
  14. Butter - 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Heat butter in a pan.
  2. Add garlic cloves,green chilly and onion and saute until pink.
  3. Now add carrot ,tomato, sweet corn, kashmiri red chilly powder,cumin seeds powder and salt and mix well.
  4. Cook for two mins and now add chicken stock and cook for ten mins
  5. Add oregano and mix well.
  6. Turn off the flame
  7. Once cooled to make a paste and add lemon juice
  8. Garnish with coriander leaves
