Dumplings made of potato starch and corn starch with delicious mushroom stuffing

Mushroom Starch dumplings

Ingredients to make Mushroom Starch dumplings

  • potato starch powder 1/2 cup
  • corn starch powder 1/4 cup
  • mushroom 6 number
  • carrot 1 small
  • onion 1 small
  • Green peas 2 tbs
  • ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp
  • chilly flakes 2 tsp
  • salt
  • Boiling water to make dough
  • Grated mozzarella cheese 4 tbs

How to make Mushroom Starch dumplings

  1. Mix both powders and salt
  2. Knead into a dough with boiling water
  3. Chop finely all the vegetables
  4. In a pan add all the vegetables
  5. Add 1/4 cup water and cook covered for 5 minutes
  6. Add chilly flakes and salt
  7. Make slurry or paste of 1 TBS maida to seal the dumplings
  8. Make discs if the dough
  9. Place the filling and same cheese at the centre
  10. Seal it using slurry
  11. In a steamer cook it for 10 minutes
  12. Serve hot with scheshwan sauce
