Dumplings made of potato starch and corn starch with delicious mushroom stuffing

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Potato starch powder 1/2 cup
  2. Corn starch powder 1/4 cup
  3. Mushroom 6 number
  4. Carrot 1 small
  5. Onion 1 small
  6. Green peas 2 tbs
  7. Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp
  8. Chilly flakes 2 tsp
  9. Salt
  10. Boiling water to make dough
  11. Grated mozzarella cheese 4 tbs

Instructions

  1. Mix both powders and salt
  2. Knead into a dough with boiling water
  3. Chop finely all the vegetables
  4. In a pan add all the vegetables
  5. Add 1/4 cup water and cook covered for 5 minutes
  6. Add chilly flakes and salt
  7. Make slurry or paste of 1 TBS maida to seal the dumplings
  8. Make discs if the dough
  9. Place the filling and same cheese at the centre
  10. Seal it using slurry
  11. In a steamer cook it for 10 minutes
  12. Serve hot with scheshwan sauce
