Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 500 grm of basmati 90% boiled rice
  2. 1 medium carrot chopped
  3. 50 grm beens chopped
  4. 1/ 2 cinamon stick, 3 cloves , 3 cardamom
  5. Desi ghee 3 tablespoon
  6. Sunflower oil 150 ml
  7. For chiken take 500grms chiken small piece
  8. 3tablespoon veniger, 3 tablespoon dark soya sauce, pinch of suger
  9. Salt to taste
  10. 1 egg
  11. 2 tablespoon cornflower
  12. 2 teaspoon black pepper chpped
  13. Ginger 1 tablespoon chopped
  14. Gerlic 4 cloves chopped
  15. 4 spring onion chopped
  16. 1 TOMATO CHOPPED
  17. Tomato pure 2 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chiken with veniger & soya sauce little bit of salt for 15 mins
  2. Add 1 egg , black pepper & cornflower into it
  3. Deep fry the chicken
  4. Take 2 tablespoon of sunflower oil
  5. Give onion on the hot oil till light pink
  6. Add tomatos & stair
  7. Add spring onion
  8. Add ginger, gerlic & sliced green chilli
  9. After sauteing for 5 mins. Add 1 tablespoon soya sauce
  10. Add fried chicken & salt to taste
  11. Add pinch of suger and tomato pure
  12. Then cover it for 5 mins in low flame n8 cuand its ready to serve
  13. Take another pan & heat oil
  14. Add ghee in it , bay leaves
  15. Add chopped onion stir till brown
  16. Add cloves, cinamon & cardamom in to it
  17. Add chopped carrot,bens and fry it
  18. Now add the rice & stir light handedly
  19. Add salt, suger & black pepper
  20. Do it in low flame for 3 mins its ready to serve
  21. After 3 mins its ready
