ABOUT INDO CHINESE CHICKEN FRIED RICE RECIPE

a quick and easy fried rice for lunch or dinner made with soya sauce crispy chickne chunks and tendered soft rice.. all time favorite kids recipe

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Basmati rice-500gms
  2. fried chiceken-200gmz
  3. salt as required
  4. finely chopped ginger and garlic-1tbsp
  5. green chilli-1tsp
  6. soyasauce-1tsp
  7. green chilli sauce-1tsp
  8. vunegar-1tsp
  9. 2 scrambled eggs
  10. pepper powder-1tsp
  11. VEGGIES:
  12. spring onion-2 sprigs
  13. capsicum-1
  14. carrot finely chopped-1
  15. beans chopped-1 cup
  16. oil-2tbsp

Instructions

  1. wash and soak the rice for about 20mins
  2. Boil water in large vessel and cook the rice for about 80%
  3. take a wok heat and add oil
  4. to that add the chopped ginger varlic and greenchillies.. when the aroma comes add the white part of spring onion chopped veggies stir at high flame
  5. then add the sauces stir a little. switch off the flame and add the vinegar.keep aside
  6. once the rice gets cooked.. cool completely
  7. mix the cooked vegetables with rice and add the fried chicken cubes and scrambled eggs
  8. give a nice mix until everything mixed well
  9. add pepper and salt
  10. garnish with green part of spring onion
