Indo Chinese Chicken

Ingredients to make Indo Chinese Chicken

  • chicken- 500 gm
  • Chopped onion- 2
  • Chopped tomatoes- 2
  • ginger-Garlic Paste- 1 tsp
  • Chopped garlic - 1 tsp
  • Chopped green chilli- 1
  • Red chilli powder- 1/2 tsp
  • Green chilli sauce- 1 tsp
  • Roasted coriander powder- 1 tsp
  • salt as per taste
  • Refined oil as required

How to make Indo Chinese Chicken

  1. Marinate the chicken with salt, ginger-garlic paste and red chilli powder.
  2. Heat a kadhai with oil, then add in the chopped garlic and green chillies. Once the aroma develops, add in the chopped onion.
  3. Saute till it turns golden brown in colour, then add in the marinated chicken.
  4. Next, add the roasted coriander powder and green chilli sauce. Cook till it's almost done, then add in the tomatoes.
  5. Finally, adjust the salt consistency and serve.

My Tip:

No need to add extra water in this recipe, the tomatoes and oil will make the gravy.
