Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Minced beef 1 cup
  2. Onion finely chopped 1
  3. Green chilly finely chopped 1
  4. Gin.garlic paste 1 tsp
  5. Fried potato cubes(small bite size)1/2 cup
  6. Garam masala 1tsp
  7. Pepper powder 1 tsp
  8. Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  9. Coriander leaves1/4 cup chopped finely
  10. 1 Egg beaten
  11. oil
  12. Butter or ghee
  13. Atta flour 1 cup
  14. Salt to taste
  15. Water to mix
  16. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Keema filling:
  2. Clean the mince and drain it
  3. In a kadai add oil,fry the ging.garlic paste,onions,green chilly until raw smell goes
  4. Now add the mince and cook well until colour changes
  5. Now add the masalas and potatoes and stir well
  6. Add salt and coriander leaves and mix well
  7. Chapathi:
  8. Make a dough using atta,salt and water
  9. Make small balls out of it
  10. Flatten it to round
  11. Add a tsp of egg
  12. Add some keema filling and fold four sides
  13. Again flatten a little
  14. Now in a tawa place the chapathis slowly add ghee or butter and flip it
  15. Cook well until done
