I have made this tangy flavoured prantha which is sweet & sour in taste.Kids loves it a lot.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Multigrain wheat...1cup
  2. Boiled potato...2
  3. rice flour...3tspn
  4. Peas...1cup
  5. Onion...1
  6. Red chilli powder...1tspn
  7. turmeric powder...1tspn
  8. cumin powder...1tspn
  9. Schezwan sauce as needed
  10. tomato sauce
  11. Butter...1cube
  12. oil for frying
  13. Chopped onion, cabbage...1cup
  14. salt to taste
  15. Chat masala

Instructions

  1. Heat 1tspn oil,add chopped onion & peas.Saute it for few mins.
  2. Add rice flour & fry it in low for 2 to 3 mins.
  3. Add cumin powder,salt & red chilli powder.
  4. Add boiled ,mashed potatoes.
  5. Add tomato sauce.
  6. After 2 to 3 minutes switch off the flame.
  7. Make a batter of gram flour, salt, turmeric powder & red chilli powder.Make alu tikki from mixture, dip it in batter & dip fry it in low flame.
  8. Make prantha from dough. Spread schezwan sauce on the prantha.
  9. Assemble the prantha with alu tikki, chopped cabbage & onion.Sprinkle salt,chat masala & fold it.
  10. Grill the both side of the prantha.
  11. Enjoy it!!!!!
