Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Paneer cut into Cubes 750 gm
  2. Onion cut into Cubes 3 large
  3. Capsicum cut into Cubes 3 large
  4. Bamboo skeawers
  5. Aluminium foil 30 cm piece
  6. Oil for frying
  7. Green chutney
  8. Charcoal poece
  9. For marination
  10. Hung curd 2tbsp
  11. Cream 2tsp
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Red chilli paste 2tsp
  14. Dhaniya powder 1tsp
  15. Garam masala powder 1/2tsp
  16. Saunf powder 1/4tsp
  17. Mustard powder 1/2tsp
  18. Roasted jeera powder 1/2tsp
  19. Red tandoori food colour 2pinch or1/4tsp

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl make a marination for marination ingredients
  2. Marinate the paneer, capsicum, onion cubes for 30 mins
  3. Take a skewer to Sew a piece of capsicum paneer onion cubes than repeat the process of 3 times to same skewer for making a tikka stick
  4. Take a grilling pan heat the oil grill the skeawers for all sides
  5. TO burn the charcoal to make a Alum.foil bowl take a burn charcoal place the foil bowl to turn the few drops of oil and cover the lid after 1min to release the aluminium Foil bowl and charcoal piece
  6. Serve hot with green chutney
