Paneer tikka naanza is very yummy and easy to make.Kid's simply love this recipe.It is quick to prepare at home and is a perfect option to provide healthy food for your children.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. for dough:-
  2. 150 grams whole wheat flour
  3. 150 grams all purpose flour
  4. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  5. 140 ml yogurt
  6. 100 ml water
  7. 1 Teaspoon oil
  8. For Paneer Tikka:-
  9. 250 grams paneer
  10. 1 Teaspoon oil
  11. 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  12. 1 teaspoon garam masala
  13. 120 ml yogurt
  14. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  15. 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
  16. 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  17. For topping:-
  18. 2 teaspoon pizza sauce
  19. 200 grams mozzarella cheese
  20. 1 teaspoon pizza seasoning
  21. 1 sliced onion
  22. 1 sliced green capsicam
  23. 1/2 sliced tomato

Instructions

  1. 1. For Dough:- In a mixing bowl,add whole wheat flour,all purpose flour, baking powder and mix well.Add yogurt and water.Bring the mixture together and kneed into a smooth soft dough.
  2. 2. Add oil and mix the dough again.Keep aside.
  3. 3. For Making Paneer Tikka:- In a bowl,add yogurt,red chilli paste,ginger garlic paste,garam masala,chaat masala,salt,oil and mix well.
  4. 4. Add paneer in it and mix it again.Marinate for 30 minutes.
  5. 5. Pre- heat the oven to 200°C.Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  6. 6. For Making Naan Base :- Flatten the dough circle, sprinkle a little flour and roll them to make a naan.
  7. 7. Pre-heat the oven to 200°C.Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  8. 8. For Assembling & Topping:- Using a spoon spread pizza sauce on naan base.
  9. 9. Top this with some grated mozzarella cheese.
  10. 10. Add the panner pieces on the top of it.Also add some slices of onion, capsicam and tomato over it.
  11. 11. Add some more cheese over it.Sprinkle some pizza seasoning on the top.
  12. 12. Pre-heat the oven to 200° C.
  13. 13. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the base is lightly browned. Cut it into pieces. Serve hot.
