This is very deletable recipe..its made up of pimpkin and coconut milk

Maja kalabasa

Ingredients to make Maja kalabasa

  • pumpkin 150gms
  • coconut milk 1/2ltr
  • sugar 100gms
  • Un flavoured gelaten 1tsp
  • Drifruit pieces half cup

How to make Maja kalabasa

  1. Let's start process..heat a thick cadai pour coconut milk..
  2. Keep boiling coconut milk once it get bubbling add condense milk
  3. Mean while take pumpkin peal and cut pieces
  4. Put pumpkin pieces into pressure cooker allow to get cook 2 vissles then take out put into bowl press hand blender
  5. Then for pumpkin puri transfer blended pulp into strainer
  6. These puri add to already milk is boiling
  7. Add sugar,unflavoured gelaten into cadai keep boil once it becomes thick
  8. Again pour into strainer will get fine texture
  9. Transfer to these batter into deep container close lid put refrigerator 3 to 4 hours then take out
  10. Decorate drifruit pieces on top ready to serve

My Tip:

Before freezing should strain puri will get nice texture
