Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup soaked Moong dal
  2. 2 green chilli
  3. 1 tbsp salt
  4. 1 cup cubed paneer
  5. 1/2 cup tomato puree
  6. 1 finely chopped onion
  7. 1 tsp black pepper powder
  8. 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  9. 1/2 tsp crushed garlic
  10. 1 tbsp chopped coriander


  1. For filling in a pan put oil then put onion, garlic and saute until golden
  2. Then put tomato puree, tomato sauce, salt, pepper and cook until it thicken
  3. Then put paneer cubes and saute and put coriander leaves and allow it to cool
  4. For net dosa grind soaked Moong dal along with chilli and salt
  5. Now mix this thick paste until fluffy and put the paste in squeezy bottle and in a nonstick pan make net dosa
  6. Now fill the filling into dosa and fold it and serve
