Broccoli panner aloo kababs

Ingredients to make Broccoli panner aloo kababs

  • 50gms broccoli florets
  • 50gms panner grated
  • 1tsp chilli paste
  • 1tsp salt
  • 1tsp coriander
  • 1cup boiled aloo paste
  • 1/2tsp garam masala
  • 1cup chopped onion
  • 1/2tsp chilli powder
  • 1/2tsp daniya powder
  • 1/2tsp amchur powder
  • 1/2tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2tsp white jeera powder
  • 1cup bread grams
  • 2tsp cornstarch

How to make Broccoli panner aloo kababs

  1. Take a broccoli separate florets then grated on to a bowl
  2. Mean while boil water add salt then put broccoli grated just 2 mins then drain water keep a side
  3. Take a bowl put broccoli,grated panner ,smashed alloo onion,chilli paste,corn flore,bread grams
  4. Then add spicyseasoning on to the bowl
  5. Mix well soft doe take small amount make kabab shape
  6. Heat oil leave each kabab in an oil fri well once it's get golden colour
  7. Take out to tissue paper serve with tomato sauce ready to serve

My Tip:

Use para boiled broccoli to make kababs other veggeis also can use
